There are many simple tips that can help to keep this headache away. Many of these tips are focused on maintaining the right posture during working, driving, sleeping, reading, lifting weights, carrying babies, and backpacks. Paying extra precautions while doing these activities can help to prevent cervicogenic headaches.

It is always better to be safe than sorry. Instead of taking medication for headaches, why not avoid or prevent it from occurring in the first place? Start by avoiding the headache triggers.
